Computer
The new Opus POI kiosk
system is based around a 700MHz Pentium III computer fitted with 64Mb
RAM, 6Gb hard disk, stereo sound, CD ROM drive and is supplied with
Windows 98 as standard
with NT4 optional. Each system also has an on board Ethernet
interface, 1 parallel port, 2 serial
ports, 1 USB port, mouse and keyboard ports and can be expanded with
standard ISA or PCI cards.
The units are supplied with a three year return to base warranty, with optional
on-site warranty
available to UK mainland customers.
A display only version (no customer interaction) is available which has no computer
installed.
Touch Screen
15" Colour LCD
display with 1024 x 768 resolution.
Touch-screen technology manufactured by Elo Touch is installed.
There is a five year return to base warranty on all touch screen components, and
again optional
on-site warranty is available.
Mouse Pad Option
One year warranty on mouse
pad and electronics.
