machines since 2000, and although
coffee machines sales aren't the core of our business, we have been so

Why do you sell FrancisFrancis Espresso
Coffee Machines?
Although Craystone specialises in computer tape storage and backup devices. We have a particular interest in the ultra-stylish francisfrancis X1, as we personally tried and tested a stainless steel model
in 2000. Being totally impressed, we added the X1 range to our product portfolio,
and now sell the entire range of FrancisFrancis machines.
How can
Craystone discount from retail prices?
We are a small company, our overheads are kept to a minimum, we do not have
retail shop
premises, and because we sell large numbers of FrancisFrancis machines we can
pass on to the customer the discounts we receive.
Updating and
Streamlining of FrancisFrancis Products.
From May 2008 all FrancisFrancis X1s are supplied as the Ground model only, all
remaining stocks of the Classic model have now been sold.
From October 2007 the latest FrancisFrancis X1 was released. This model
takes ground coffee only (no pods).
From 2005 onwards, various machines have been discontinued from the
FrancisFrancis range. The X2, X4 and X5 machines are now no longer
available. The X1 colour range has
been reduced, with certain colours available only while stocks last. The
FrancisFrancis X3 colour choices have been
reduced also. Please visit the X1 and X3 pages for further availability.
Quality
Control
We inspect every
machine that we receive from central distribution in Belgium, giving a further
level of quality control. Each machine is then re-boxed, and then put into
a larger outer box with additional packaging for protection.
Stock
We do carry a large amount of stock
of the more popular colours, but due to quick turnover of our stock, we are unable to
guarantee that every colour will be in stock.
However, every colour of every machine is available to order. We take in
stock on a weekly basis, so we are constantly importing machines to order.
We ask you to allow for 21 days to fulfil your order, in most cases this
despatch is within a few days of order, and 21 days is the maximum you'll have to
wait.

Payments and Processing your Order
Place your order using our online secure
server. This is encrypted for your peace of mind and protection.
Your order arrives with us still in an encrypted form and we must decrypt it to
proceed. We now use Protx to process your payments. Protx offer the
very latest in online security and encryption for your total peace of mind. We accept credit card payments using Switch, Delta, Solo, Mastercard
and Visa.

Delivery
We use a courier for delivery, as the
FrancisFrancis machines need to be insured and signed for on receipt. We
take great care in packaging your coffee machine, giving extra protection to
ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Delivery to mainland UK (certain areas of Scotland excluded) is included within
the price of your machine. We are unable to ship outside of Europe.

Delivery to Europe is possible, but we need to quote you first. Please email your full address details and your requirements.
We will contact you when the
coffee machine is ready for despatch, to arrange next day delivery at your
convenience.
If you would require us to deliver to your workplace, to avoid taking a day off
work, this can be arranged also.
Morning deliveries can be arranged
at an extra cost of £10.

Warranty
Francis Francis coffee machines are supplied with a two year UK based warranty.
A warranty card is supplied with each machine.

To claim on your warranty
You will be required to say that you purchased from Craystone, and ensure you
have your invoice details to hand to validate your warranty.
If you've misplaced your invoice, simply give Craystone a call (01204) 557666 or
send an email
francisfrancis@ilovecoffee.co.uk with a general idea of when you purchased
your coffee machine, and your information can be checked and passed back on to
you, via telephone, email or fax.
An important fact to remember is that Craystone have organised a straight
forward return and replacement procedure.
Simply log a call with the service company (Espresso Central), explaining that
it was purchased from Craystone over the internet.
They will then arrange collection, free of charge, then service or repair your
machine, and then return it to you at a convenient time, also free of charge.
So if the worst happens and your FrancisFrancis does need some attention, we take away the hassle and make things simple for you.
